What are Hydro Globes ?

Watering can be a headache for many reasons - how much, how often, how to remember, how to do it when you are not even there! The HydroGlobe is an ornamental and individual blown-glass vessel, which solves the problems of watering pot plants or hanging baskets both efficiently and stylishly, by slowly releasing water to drying soil. It makes an original gift or helps the absent or busy home-owner manage their own watering role; it is beautifully decorative while ensuring that indoor or outdoor plants get the water needed for up to two weeks.

HydroGlobes are wonderfully simple in technology, but extremely effective: as soil dries out, oxygen is released into the Hydro Globe so that it draws down the water from above, keeping the plant supplied with just what it needs. Taking this practical idea, craftsmen have blown the distinctive glass Hydro Globes in rich colours so they are an asset enhancing a home while performing an invaluable function.

If lost for a truly useful gift idea, or stressed by trying to keep those plants alive the Hydro Globe is the answer. It can be a real distraction if you are concerned about plants left behind while you are on holiday, or have left them swamped in an effort to supply enough and what about for holiday home owners who only have access to water intermittently, or plants in offices?
